Compliance Training Video Generator

Turn the policy document into a narrated course, and keep every version on record, with approvals coming soon. Every language, every revision, one source.

Overview

What compliance training video generator means with Interlace

Interlace is a compliance training video generator built around the part that actually hurts: the paper trail. Upload the policy, the code of conduct, or the regulator's update, and Interlace produces a narrated, illustrated course that follows the source. Legal comments on the exact scene they object to, and approval stamped against that version is coming soon.

Compliance content dates fast. When a policy changes in March, you edit the affected scene, regenerate, and ship a new version instead of commissioning the whole module again. Version history keeps the superseded cut, so you can still show what the workforce was trained on last year.

Global obligations are the other half. Interlace generates voiceover and on-screen text in 28 languages from one source, so the Spanish and Japanese versions are the same course rather than three separate projects that drift apart. For LMS delivery, export a SCORM 1.2 package that reports completion to the LMS.

How it works

How to build a compliance module

01

Upload the policy

Drop in the PDF, DOCX, or deck the legal team already signed off on.

02

Interlace builds the course

The document becomes a paced, scene by scene course that follows its structure.

03

Legal reviews the exact scene

Comments on the scene and edits in the browser. Approval stamped to that version is coming soon.

04

Publish in every language

Generate all languages from one source, export up to 4K, and package for the LMS.

FAQ

Common questions

Not yet. Review and approval, with each approval tied to a specific version, is coming soon. Today version history keeps every earlier cut, and comments on a share link attach to the scene they refer to.

No. Edit the affected scene or re-upload the revised policy, regenerate, and publish a new version. The previous cut stays in history as evidence of what was trained before.

Yes, SCORM 1.2, from the editor's Export menu, with completion set to when play starts, 80% watched, or fully watched. If you also want a quiz score reported, wrap the exported MP4 with our free SCORM packager, which adds up to ten quiz questions.

Generate the course in 28 languages from the same source. Voiceover and on-screen text are both localized, so you are not shipping subtitled English to half the company.

Interlace works from the document you give it, not from open web knowledge, and every scene is visible and editable before export. Nothing publishes without a human approving it.

Plans are based on the volume of video you generate, and bulk generation, coming soon, covers the case where one policy update touches dozens of modules.
